Function

Used as an intermediate in the manufacturing of Polyester Plasticizers, Unsaturated Polyester Intermediates, Saturated Polyesters for Polyurethane coatings, surfactants, inks, solvents for natural and synthetic flavorings, and coupling agents in cellophane.
