Function
Is a liquid emollient that provides oustanding pigment wetting for titanium dioxide and zinc oxide and acts as an SPF booster. It is soluble in alcohols, ketones, glycol ethers and in most hydrophobic solvents such as silicones, fatty alcohols, esters, mineral oil and vegetable oils. It is dispersible in glycols and glycerol and is insoluble in water.
