Function

In the chemical industry, it has long been used as an oxidant for Saccharin and Vitamin C. As a strong oxidant, potassium permanganate can act as an antiseptic in medical industry. It is also used extensively in water treatment for its excellent performance in decolorizing and deodorizing.
