Function

Polyoxyethylene fatty ether derived from stearyl alcohols designed to emulsify and produce stable dispersions of cosmetic materials. It functions as a liquid crystal formulation aid and is a rainfastness aid, aqueous dispersant and oil/water emulsifier.
