Description

It should be added as early in the production process as possible.

Function

It is an antioxidant obtained by vacuum distillation of edible vegetable oils. It is a fat-soluble vitamin E and is essential for normal muscle growth and prevents vitamin A destruction by deterioration. It prevents the oxidation of certain fatty acids and is stable unless the food becomes rancid. Tocopherol is obtained from vegetable oils, beans, eggs, and milk.

Storage

Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry area (do not refrigerate). Protect from heat, light and oxygen.
